He manages the complete evaluation lifecycle from framework design and mobile survey configuration through rigorous data cleaning and statistical analysis to executive reporting that directly shapes client policy and funding decisions. He’s designed and managed 20+ survey assignments across Africa, Asia, and Europe for clients including the European Commission, UN agencies, OECD, FCDO, and the World Bank. His team won the UK Evaluation Society’s 2023 Innovations in Methodology Prize.
